When emailing support, include your macOS version, app version, steps to reproduce, whether local audio/video/subtitle files are involved, and safe screenshots. Do not send real License Keys, device IDs, or private media files.
No website License Key is required
If you install Drakvix Repeater through the Mac App Store, purchase and download are managed by Apple. Do not use the website WeChat Pay page to unlock the App Store version.
